<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Senior Product Manager – 79370

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The Role:

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The Radeon Senior Product Manager will own and drive the planning and execution of Gaming GPU products across Desktop and Mobile segments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive full end-to-end ownership and delivery of our new GPU products, from Concept, Feasibility, Planning through Launch. This is a highly inter-disciplinary role in which you will run and lead the product definition, planning, positioning, and launch. You will engage with HW and SW engineering, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and PR to bring to market sophisticated, class-leading products and technologies.

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The Person:

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">We are seeking a dynamic team member with the ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels both inside and outside of AMD, previous experience leading teams preferred. Additionally, this person will possess strong analytical and presentation abilities. Also, seeking someone who is capable of translating product knowledge into stimulus and inspirational results!

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Key Responsibilities:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Collect and assemble customer/end-user/market feedback and requirements
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Engage and collaborate with key engineering and business partners, domain specialists
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Translate their feedback to product requirements, specifications, critical metrics
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Drive the strategy, execution and GTM plans for GPU products
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Create collateral and analyses to support the positioning and launch of said GPU products
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and PR to drive a successful launch, and evangelize Radeon products and technologies

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Preferred Experience:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Good understanding of the B2B and B2C business models, and experience with both
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Hands-on experience analyzing, building and communicating business cases
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Strong self-starter who takes initiative and can work in and through high-pressure environments
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">PC DIYer or Gamer strongly preferred
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">And MBA would be nice to have (but not a requirement in lieu of the right experience/skills)
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Previous experience working with Media and Customers F2F would be a big plus

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Academic Credentials:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">BS/MS Engineering (ECE, CS) or suitable equivalent
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">At least 10+ years of validated experience in the Semiconductor/Technology industry with Technical and/or Business experience; 5 years or more of direct Product Management experience strongly preferred
