We are looking for GPU graphics performance and Driver Development Engineers. You will be part of a highly collaborative team that develops driver and internal dev tools with a focus on GPU game graphics performance. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the cutting edge of GPU performance and game graphics optimizations.



Your strong technical skills are complimented by your ability to work independent or as part of a team.  You have strong organization skills and communication skills and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment.



You will be responsible to Investigate game graphics performance issues and develop driver optimizations



  • Strong C/C++ programming skills, such as in coding for fast execution using light weight data structures and efficient algorithms, bit manipulation, pointer, array, class, virtual function, etc.
  • Experience in HLSL and DX ASM, or other similar GPU graphics shader languages
  • Clear understanding of GPU hardware performance, such as regarding GPU execution model, threads, waves, SIMD, registers, cache, cost/performance trade-off, etc.
  • Clear understanding of GPU hardware graphics pipeline, such as stages from vertices, textures, to rasterization, shading, screen space pixel depth and color, and techniques such as forward and deferred shading, anti-aliasing, culling and etc.



  • BS degree; MS or PhD desired
