The Role:

We are currently looking for a Graphics Core Design Verification Program Manager who will be part of a team working on next gen AMD graphics chips.

The successful candidate will play a key project leadership role, acting as the primary owner of graphics core design verification project execution on the project planning scheduling, inter-team coordination, and status tracking and reporting

Responsibilities:

  • Works in close collaboration with all stakeholders, including  graphics project team, architect, design and verification on the various efforts involved in execution of projects
  • Responsible for building plans for execution for generation of graphics core design verification project milestones
  • Works with Engineering teams to prepare status and issue updates
  • Interacts with and guides a wide variety of internal and external teams coordination in support of project milestones
  • Active management of project risks
  • Leadership in issue resolution and aggressively drive the issues to closure
  • Support change control
  • Support ad-hoc Operational activities like operations expense planning, procurement of hardware for engineering teams

 

Preferred Experience & Skill sets:

  • 2+ years experienced in program managing HW ASIC projects or similar
  • Knowledge of tools of the trade: Office365, JIRA system, web-based collaborative tools like Confluence
  • Knowledge or background in ASIC Design fundamentals or Graphics Design verification

 

Education:

  • Bachelor or Masters in Computer or Electrical Engineering
