SUMMARY:

Graphic Performance Verification and Analysis

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Co-Work with Worldwide Performance Verification and Design Team
  • Lead Performance Verification and Analysis for new chip
  • In pre-silicon:

Learn new features, write test plan and new tests for new graphics chips

Debug VCS sim for function error and low performance

Debug HW emu for low performance

 

  • In post-silicon:

Work with SW/HW team to analysis performance

Optimize chip setting for better performance

Compare our chips with the competitors’

  • Correlate performance data between modeling, pre-silicon and post-silicon
  • Continuous team and self-growth

Innovation/patent

  • Initiate and Lead Research on GPU architect
  • Initiate Advanced Performance/Power Algorithms
  • Write performance analysis tools
  • GPGPU performance verification

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 + year experience on C\C++
  • Plus with experience on CPU/GPU Design/Verification
  • Plus with 3+ years’ OpenGL/D3D programming experience
  • Plus with 3+ years’ OpenGL/D3D driver experience
  • Plus with 2+ years’ Linux/Shell
  • Plus with 2+ years’ perl/python
  • Familiar with Graphics Algorithm/Graphics Pipeline
  • Proficient in English read/write/speaking/listening
  • Good communication & Team worker

 

EDUCATION:

  • Master with 8+ years or Bachelor with 10+ years of industrial experience of GPU or CPU
  • Minimum of 6 years of experiences on hardware performance/function analysis
