Silicon Design Engineer

THE PERSON:

Be good at communication and teamwork, self-motivated and with good work ethics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Apply current functional verification techniques to perform and improve pre-silicon verification quality and product Time to Market for ASIC/SOC design. 
• Be involved technically in the porting/creation of the DV environment for the new design, block and chip level test plan creation and implementation, coverage analysis, and regression cleanup
• Long lead USB IP and Subsystem level test-bench building, test-case debugging.
• Verification environment efficiency improvement.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Good understanding of ASIC/SoC design and verification flow.
• Have exposure to using Verilog, SystemVerilog, and UVM via coursework or preferably internship or other work experience. 
• Familiar with RTL coding with Verilog/System Verilog
• Be good at script language, such as Perl, Python, Ruby, C Shell, Makefile.
• Be good at both speaking and written English.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

MS degree of EE or CS.
