Sales Account Manager (Channel/ Distribution)


Have rich experience in IT hardware sales, with established relationships across the ASEAN IT distribution landscape Experience in distribution and system integration especially Server and Commercial Client.



  • Build and nurture direct relationships with key Distributors, Value Added Resellers and partners from Account Management up to executive leadership

  • Promote AMD products and technologies: Server and Client/PCs

  • Deliver AMD unit and revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis

  • Build and manage relationships with strategic OEM partners to align GTM programs and goal.

  • Acquire and analyze sales reporting to recognize trends and steer financial and other resources to improve growth and return on investment

  • Develop, grow and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities in partnership with OEM/ODMs and Commercial Sales organization. Utilize SFDC to track and manage the pipeline.

  • Work in collaboration with AMD and OEM partner colleagues to develop quarterly marketing plans aligned to sales targets

  • Provide internal feedback to help build the accurate marketing collateral and sales tools vital to educate the channel on the benefits of partnering with and selling AMD-based products and solutions



  • Strong historical interaction and relationships with channel Server and PC resellers and Distributors.

  • Experience managing relationships with IT product distributors, VARs, Sis. and OEMs (eg Dell, HP, Lenovo)

  • An established background in technology business development/sales with at least 10+ years of dynamic experience

  • Strong knowledge of Server business and related technologies
