This is a customer facing role that involves:

  • Managing customer's demand requirements both internally and externally with respect to our company's ability to meet these requirements.
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills
  • Able to work in high level of stress environment with positive mindset.
  • Experience in cross-functional team environments.
  • Should be diligent, meticulous and able to operate with minimum supervision.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to demonstrate critical and strategic thinking and execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management experience in coordinating customer onboarding

 

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree, B.S. in Business or related discipline, Supply Chain/ Operations/ emphasis preferred
  • 3 to 5 years experience preferred in Customer Service, Supply Chain or Operations.
