Executive Assistant to the SVP Sales, EMEA & APAC



The Executive Assistant to the SVP Sales is the “right hand” to the regional sales executive, performing a broad variety of support functions for the needs of the executive across EMEA, India and APJ. The job is characterized by diverse support tasks requiring a general knowledge of the company and key stakeholders worldwide. The ideal candidate has a deep hunger to be part of a winning team, with a can-do attitude and desire to be part of a fast-growing environment. This role is more than “just” an assistant role, it’s a stepstone to a career within an international, high-growth environment. The SVP of Sales is looking for a fun, bright and energetic person who will be an integral part of scaling the business across the regions, by improving, innovating, and pushing the boundaries. 

This position is based in the AMD office in Singapore and reports to the Senior Vice President Sales.

  • Prior experience providing executive support assistance senior executives
  • Self-starter who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision 
  • Fluent in English with the ability to work effectively with non-native speakers


  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, minutes preparation and social events) 
  • Manage complex calendars and global scheduling for both internal and customer events
  • Manage international travel, including visa preparation 
  • Manage expense report coordination and submissions  
  • Coordinate signing- and handling of proprietary documents
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items 
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes of new sales hires in collaboration with the hiring manager  
  • Collaborate with other assistants around the globe to provide support to the sales organization
  • Maintain flexibility in planning, to accommodate changing priorities
  • Prepare correspondence for manager's approval; review outgoing material for accuracy 
  • Maintain confidential files in cooperation with HR 
  • Represent the SVP Sales and his leadership team in their absence in the office
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed
