PROGRAM MANAGER

 

THE PERSON:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Defining and managing key product deliverables/schedules/budget and driving multi-functional activities.
  • Responsible for pre-silicon planning and once silicon arrives, will drive customer samples execution, silicon validation/qualification and high volume manufacturing readiness.
  • Responsible for effective communication across organizations/levels for product status update (both working details to the team, and executive summary to Vice President).
  • Managing horizontally across several functional organizations is a key job function.
  • Working hand-in-hand with both customer and internal engineering counterparts, extensive interactions within the product engineering organization, and interacting with several other internal organizations (design, supply chain, marketing).

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with program managing ASICs, GPUs, or CPUs from 1st Silicon to volume production
  • Experience working in a team environment and actively driving solutions
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing horizontally across multiple internal functional organizations (Engineering – Asia and US, Supply Management, Finance)
  • Experience in Product Engineering and Program Management
  • Strong technical foundation in semiconductor
  • Background in Semiconductor Physics, Computer Architecture, Digital or Analog Design and Project/Program management

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelors' or Masters' Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent with 6 years post-grad proven experience
