KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent Custom Software Engineering team in front of customers and internally to cross functional organizations.
  • Building relationship with OEM management level for strategic and long-term cooperation initiatives/opportunities.
  • Lead other CPM in managing and working closely with OEM graphics leads as a representative or focal point of graphics related information/issue status/escalation.
  • Understand internal graphics related SW feature, produce specifications, POR schedules, etc. as to, externally communicate and level set customer expectations, and internally mitigate gaps when there are discrepancies between internal POR and customer expectation or needs.
    • Closely work with core team/CRM to make sure graphics HW/SW delivery status on track, otherwise work out mitigation plan for any delay or gaps.
    • Closely track with subject matter experts, document owner, or tool owner making sure support material readiness status as planned.
  • Regularly publish/communicate to customer graphics interlock deck that reflects HW/SW support plan and collateral readiness status to customers.
  • Familiar with Client product interlock (graphics related portion) to ensure management of A+A platform/project expectation/escalations.
  • Ability to clearly and concise communicate, both verbally and in writing, status, issues, technical concepts to large audience or Exec. level.
  • Ability to strategize and drive cross functional events, actions, and initiatives for better execution and efficiency 
  • Be the advocate of TPE CSE teams.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in project management (product/program management experience a plus)
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional team members with interpersonal skills to achieve mutually acceptable solution for any problem on hand.
  • Satisfied in collaborating with trans-national teams in different time zones with proficiency in Business English

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor’s or above degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or equivalent fields.
