  • Improve the validation coverage on system features and system components
    • Familiar with customer’s feature requirements corresponding validation plan to enhance AMD’s test and validation scope.
    • Work with AMD internal to co-define next-generation reference design to make reference design closer to customers’ needs.            
  • Take the initiative in the design document and tool shifting left
    • Work with both customers and AMD internal to enhance existing tools and enabling new tools.
    • Work with both customers and AMD internal for design document enabling, improvement, planning, tracking, and make escalation if needed.
  • Lead platform feature NUDD (New Unique Difficult Different) assessment
    • Drive customer enablement plan and execution including documentation, workshop, validation, leading platform identification, and etc.
    • Based on customer project schedule and situation to provide mitigation plan and corresponding triggering condition(s) and date(s).
  • Support system component AVL sanity check for selected OEM projects
    • Drive customer and corresponding AMD sales team to remove unsuitable components and replaced with AMD suggested.
    • Work with AMD sales teams for the AVL exception approval if needed.



  • 1.5+ years of experience in client platform architecture and design.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visual Basic for Applications.
  • Previous experience as a Validation/Testing Engineer in OEM or ODM is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience as Architect or System Engineer in OEM or ODM preferred.
  • Previous experience in providing technical training or workshop to both internal and external customers preferred.
  • Previous experience in engineering program management is preferred.



  • Bachelor's or above Degree in EE, CS, or equivalent field.
