Commercial GAM: Global Account Manager - Key OEMs



The OEMs Global Account Manager position will focus on driving revenue, strategic engagement, and corporate alignment for all aspects of OEMs such as Fujitsu, NEC and Hitachi. He/she will be responsible for establishing the AMD sales strategy, managing procurement and alliance relationships, and driving to key revenue, market share and gross margin goals.



The OEMs Global Account Manager will ideally have the following experience:

  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a comparable roles, building and leading a global team
  • Technical Experience: an established background in Server and Datacenter, Graphics and/or CPU sales with at least 7 years' progressive experience selling into the Enterprise Server market
  • Customer/Cloud/OEM Experience: strong historical interaction and relationships with key customers and/or cloud accounts
  • Organizational Experience: demonstrated effectiveness working in a cross-matrix organization



  • Define and implement sales-in strategies that grow revenue base and market share for the business.
  • Engage OEMs and AMD teams to drive collaboration across all lines of business
  • Focus to win AMD CPU and GPU footprint into Key OEMs Server Line of Business
  • Work with regions and OEM Sales and Marketing Teams to drive Go To Market alignment
  • Work with AMD Business Unit teams to drive product strategy and development with account
  • Focus on executive relationships to drive preferred vendor status
  • Close collaboration with cross-matrix teams to ensure value propositions are consistent and aligned

  • University or college degree in Business or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
